Everybody Loves Mosaic, right? That intoxicating aroma of citrus, berries, and tropical fruit. Kinda smells like really good weed. We wanted to deliver an intense but easy drinking Mosaic experience so we started with a Vienna malt base and threw in flaked oats and wheat for body and mouthfeel. All of the hops were added post-boil with 1.5 pounds per barrel of Mosaic in the whirlpool and 1.5 lbs/bbl of Cryo Mosaic in 2 dry hop additions. ‘Cryo Hops’ is the concentrated lupulin of whole-leaf hops containing resins and aromatic oils. It contains twice the resin content of traditional hops, offering a more intense hop varietal character with less astringent and vegetal flavors.
